DELIVERY:
Our aim is to provide an efficient delivery service in which we dispatch all orders received promptly.

  • All-Ireland delivery is via An Post Courier post or Fastway Courier Service and the charge is €3.95 per order, regardless of size or weight.
  • Orders over €50.00 qualify for free delivery except FURNITURE (Ireland only) - To avail of this offer simply enter the code 'freedelivery' in the discount section of your online shopping basket.
  • UK deliveries are €15. (Not all items can be shipped to the UK ~ large furniture items may incur a surcharge).
  • Please contact us for information regarding overseas deliveries.
  • Deliveries are normally made within 10 working days from receipt of order.
  • Your order will be delivered to your delivery address. If there is no-one available to receive the order it will be redirected to your nearest Post Office for collection, or in the case of Fastway Courier Service you will be called by the driver.
  • You will be advised by email of any delay on your order, or if any item is no longer available.
  • All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to source more stock.
  • If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
  • If we are unable to supply a product, alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.

We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from www.madabouthouse.ie.

However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. It's all part of the madabouthouse guarantee it can be returned to us upto 30 days from original purchase. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you return the product in its original packaging (and in its' original condition) within 30 days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. Unfortunately at the moment you are responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods.

Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.
